Plenary
The Plenary is the highest decision-making of the organization. It consists of seven cultural personalities of the country, elected by the Parliament of Catalonia. At the moment, the member of the council is:

(Born in Manresa, 1957). Art critic and independent exhibitions curator. Holder of a doctorate in Art History and a graduate in Information Sciences from the UAB. Founder of Regió 7 newspaper. She has curated numerous exhibitions, including Ideas and Attitudes. Conceptual art in Catalonia, 1964-1980 (1992), Joseph Beuys. Manresa Hbf (1994), Agnus Dei. Romanesque art and twentieth century artists(1996), Dali. Elective Affinities (2004), Man Ray, lights and dreams and Viennese Actionism (2008). She has published Equipatge de mà (1997), a selection of her articles in Art & Co, La màquina de l’art (2003) and Barcelona Artz-Zona(2008), and the book Conceptualismo(s). Poético, políticos y periféricos. En torno al arte conceptual en España (2007). She is an art critic for Avui newspaper. She has written the screenplays for the films Entreacte (1988), L’última frontera (1992) and Babaouo (1997). She was president of the Catalan Art Critics Association (2007-2010) and is a member of the International Association of Art Critics (AICA).
